"I have been going to boot camp for a year. It is basically small group personal training. I have developed endurance and muscle tone and the workouts are varied. You won't do the same workout in the same week, month, or even six months. Josh keeps it interesting while pushing you to your utmost potential. This is a hard core workout but Josh will work with you and help you regardless of your fitness level. If you don't want to work hard or increase your fitness level then this isn't for you.
